This organization works for students's counseling in a very effective way. Procedure depends on different sessions, in every session there are some lectures and activities for students.
These lectures can easily motivate the students to calm down their fears, their sluggishness, and these lectures boom up their confidence and enhance their speaking power. Different events can initiate the students to do all the activities by themselves and these activities brings change in their thoughts, words, actions, behaviors and attitudes, and eventually in their life. These activities can develop confidence in their personality and make them active part of nation. For this purpose as we have mentioned that we gave activities to students, these activities and games improve the personality and thoughts of students and after the completion of activities and whole session we also distributed gifts to good students and certificates to all team of students. A criterion of these sessions is normally once a week. As practical work can produce effective participation of all students, so we have practically tasks for students to groom up them.

Workshop Session/Seminars
As mention before that there are scheduled sessions for "strength of identity" and these are once a week and for one month. In workshops there is practical participation of all students which enable them to learn how to work in a team? These workshops enhance the student's communication skills and develop their confidence. Through these seminars not only students but also teachers can learn more and more, regarding their job and presentations.
We already organized session in Lahore School of Economics, Beacon House School, Kinnaird College, GIKI, Government College University, Lahore Grammer School, University of the Punjab, Hailey College of Commerce, Institute of Administrative Sciences, Iqra University Karachi, BCCI Foundation, Lahore College for Women University, University of South Asia, University of Central Punjab, GIFT University, University of Gujrat, Peshawar University etc.
